Riverfront Loft
A double-volume loft grounded with dark timber and a steel stair.
A double-volume loft that needed grounding. A blackened-steel and oak stair anchors the space, the mezzanine was rebuilt as a proper study, and the living area was wrapped in warm timber to soften the height.
