MYDEC Interior Studio was founded in 2004. Two decades later we still work the same way — a trusted contractor for HDB flat renovation and interior design, one team, start to finish, answerable for every part of the job.

We started in 2004 with a simple idea: that a renovation should be handled by one team who take responsibility for the whole thing — space planning, design, material selection, the licensed trades and the finish.
Much of our work is HDB flat renovation — kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces and full-home makeovers, carried out to HDB guidelines with a schedule built around keeping the disruption to your daily routine to a minimum. Alongside that we became registered with the Building and Construction Authority across multiple services, took on landed and commercial projects, and built long-standing relationships with the workshops and tradespeople we rely on.
That approach earned us referrals, and referrals kept us busy for the better part of two decades — across every estate in Singapore, with a particular depth of experience in Queenstown, Tampines and Serangoon.

Design and build, all under one roof
We handle the design and the construction ourselves, as one team, rather than passing your project between a separate designer and contractor.
