This Privacy Policy explains how MYDEC Interior Studio (“MYDEC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal data that we collect through this website, by phone, by email, over WhatsApp, and in the course of providing our interior design and renovation services.

By submitting an enquiry or otherwise providing us with your personal data, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing that data as described here.

We may collect the following personal data:

• Enquiry details — your full name, email address, contact number, and the subject and content of the message you send through our contact form or by WhatsApp, email or phone.
• Project information — details you choose to share about your property, budget, timeline and design requirements.
• Correspondence — records of our communications with you, including quotations, contracts and site notes.
• Technical data — basic, non-identifying information your browser sends when loading this site (such as IP address and device type) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We only ask for what we need to respond to you and to carry out a project. Please do not send us sensitive information you don't want us to hold.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation or site measurement.
• To prepare quotations, proposals and contracts.

We take reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures to protect personal data in our possession against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Access is limited to staff and partners who need it for a project.

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required for legal, tax, warranty or accounting reasons. When it is no longer needed, we take steps to securely delete or anonymise it.
